We had an unforgettable vacation at Papillon Belvil, where every corner delighted us, from the vibrant animation team to the fantastic entertainment. The facilities, especially the pools and kids' areas, provided endless fun for our family. While the dining options were varied and enjoyable, I felt that some meals could’ve used a bit more creativity. Nevertheless, this resort made our family holiday truly special.

We had an overall enjoyable stay, especially thanks to the diverse activities and entertainment provided by the animation team. However, our dining experience left a bit to be desired, with limited variety that felt repetitive. While the kids had a great time at the water slides, we were disappointed with our room's view and the air conditioning issues. Ultimately, there are strong points to recommend, but it could definitely use some improvements.

We stayed in a room that had a large bed, a single bed, and a fold-down chair that was good for our family of four. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the view as it mostly overlooked trees and the staff area, rather than the sea. The room became uncomfortable due to ineffective air conditioning, which kept blowing hot air despite our efforts to adjust it.

The service from the concierge and reception staff was commendable; they were courteous and eager to assist whenever we needed help. However, it was frustrating to report the air conditioning problem multiple times without resolution.
